Check-In
Arrive when it's convenient and stay as long as you wish.
- Your room is available any time after 3 p.m. on the day you arrive.
- A full day ticket to the Sole Felsen Pool Paradise on your date of arrival is included in your reservation. That means you can come here any time after 9 a.m. store your things in the changing room at the hotel (luggage room and lockers included) and relax in the pool.
Check-Out
- You can use your room until noon on the day you leave.
- You can also book a late check-out option. It costs 30 € per room. In this case, on the day you leave you can stay in the room until 6 p.m. If you would like to book this option in advance (depending on room availability), please let us know when you make your reservation. You can also book a late check-out after your arrival. Please ask the reception for more information.
- There is also the option of booking an early check-in. It costs 30 € per room and depends on room availability. With this option, your room will be available as of 9 a.m.
- Please note that the use of the Sole Felsen Bad and Sauna is included until noon on the day of departure. You are welcome to visit the pool & sauna area until 8 p.m. for 15 € per person (from 3 years).
