Cancellation by the contracting party (= cancellation by the guest)


’s accommodation contract may be terminated by the contracting party (the person making the reservation) by means of a unilateral declaration no later than one month prior to the guest’s agreed arrival date, without incurring a cancellation fee.

is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
The General Terms and Conditions of Business 2006 (as of November 15, 2006) apply. The following cancellation conditions apply in the event of cancellation of a reservation:

- 1 month to 10 days before arrival – 50% cancellation fee,
- 9–4 days before arrival – 70% cancellation fee,
- 3–1 days before arrival – 90% cancellation fee,
- on the day of arrival and in case of NO-SHOW – 100% cancellation fee.

Possible expansions or necessary revision or renovation work in individual areas of the Sole Felsen Welt do not justify a price reduction.

 
Travel difficulties

If the contracting party cannot appear at the accommodation establishment on the day of arrival because all travel options are impossible due to unforeseen exceptional circumstances (e.g. extreme snowfall, flooding, etc.), the contracting party (=guest) is not obliged to pay the agreed fee for the day of arrival.

The obligation to pay for the booked stay is reinstated as soon as arrival becomes possible again, if arrival is possible within three days.
