Cancellation by the contracting party (= cancellation by the guest)

The General Terms and Conditions of Business 2006 (as of November 15, 2006) apply. The following cancellation conditions apply in the event of cancellation of a reservation:
- 1 month to 10 days before arrival – 50% cancellation fee,
- 9–4 days before arrival – 70% cancellation fee,
- 3–1 days before arrival – 90% cancellation fee,
- On the day of arrival and in case of NO-SHOW – 100% cancellation fee.
Any expansions or maintenance-related renovation or restoration work in specific areas of the Sole Felsen Welt do not Sole Felsen Welt visitors to a price reduction.
Travel difficulties
If the contracting party is unable to arrive at the accommodation facility
on the day of arrival because unforeseeable extraordinary circumstances (e.g., extreme snowfall, flooding, etc.) have made all means of travel impossible
, the contracting party (= guest) is not obligated to pay the agreed-upon fee for the day of arrival.
The obligation to pay for the booked stay resumes as soon as travel becomes possible again
, provided that travel becomes possible again within three days
