Sole Felsen Welt Cancellation Policy for Flexible Vacation Planning
To help you plan your vacation with peace of mind and flexibility, here are our cancellation policies:
Please note that by accepting this offer, you are making a binding reservation, to which the General Terms and Conditions of Business (AGBH) 2006 apply.
The right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 11 Paragraph 1 FAAG does not apply; instead, our General Terms and Conditions 2006 for the hotel industry apply.
You may cancel your stay free of charge without purchasing travel insurance only if our hotel is closed by government order. Otherwise, the following applies:
- 1 month to 10 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 9–4 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee,
- 3–1 days before arrival: 90% cancellation fee,
- on the day of arrival and in the event of a NO-SHOW, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
Relaxation with peace of mind:
In case something comes up, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
If you wish to take advantage of the insurance coverage, please let us know when you make your reservation. To do so, we will need the names of all travelers, a complete address, and the date of birth for each traveler.
Of course, you also have the option of purchasing travel insurance on your own. You can do so with the hotel cancellation insurance offered by Europäische Reiseversicherung.
