Just like staying hydrated, resting after a sauna session is especially important. Give your body time to rest after the sauna and put your feet up. This will help your entire cardiovascular system return to a balanced and relaxed state.
Our loungers in the relaxation rooms are available to all guests for resting after a sauna session. Of course, you’re welcome to reserve your specific lounger on-site as before at the Pool and Sauna Paradise.

Relax in the Relaxation grotto and let yourself be enchanted by the romantic fireplace. A magnificent amethyst wall creates a pleasant atmosphere. As you rest, the positive energies of this precious semi-precious stone will recharge you with new energy.
PONGAU-SYLE RELAXATION AREA
Relax while taking in the natural beauty of the Waldviertel region. The Pongau-style relaxation area is located on the edge of the sauna garden and features floor-to-ceiling windows facing the front. Let your mind wander and savor these beautiful moments.
RELAXATION ROOM WELLNESSOASE
True happiness lies in a serene and peaceful state of mind. Find peace and unwind in the WellnessOASE relaxation room. It is located on the upper floor of Sauna Paradise.
