We’re back in business on May 29, 2020! We’re really looking forward to welcoming you back, and preparations are already in full swing.
For us, it goes without saying that we conscientiously follow the recommended safety and hygiene measures to ensure we can interact safely with one another. We naturally comply with all government guidelines and continuously update our policies as new measures are announced.
Your safety and relaxation are our top priority, and to ensure this, we have implemented a range of measures:
- Our employees wear face masks
- We're skipping the handshakes
- A minimum distance of 1 meter in all areas
- Adequate spacing between tables; assigned seating for breakfast and dinner
- Extended dinner hours (from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.)
- Separate menus for each table; menus are not passed on to other guests
- There is plenty of soap and hand sanitizer available for all guests
- Every guest will find a personal bottle of hand sanitizer in the bathroom
- Regular ventilation to fill the rooms with plenty of fresh Waldviertel air
- We will further strengthen our thorough hygiene measures; the regular disinfection of frequently touched door handles and surfaces is a matter of course for us
- Signs with guidelines for all guests to help us protect one another
- Option for contactless payment
