Check-in

Come whenever you like and stay as long as you want.

• Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• Of course, early check-in is also available, subject to availability, for €30 per room. In this case, your room will be available as early as 9:00 a.m.
• Since all-day admission to the Sole Felsen pool is pool even on the day of arrival, you are welcome to arrive as early as 9:00 a.m. and pool the hotel’s changing areas (luggage room, lockers) or the Sole Felsen Pool.

• On the day of departure, your rooms will be available until 12:00 p.m.
• The total bill, including all food and beverages, must be paid at the front desk by 8:00 p.m. on the day of departure at the latest.
• You are welcome to book a late check-out. The fee is €30 per room, and you may stay in your room until 6:00 PM. If you would like to make a binding reservation for a late check-out in advance (subject to availability), please indicate this when you make your booking. However, you are also welcome to decide on a late check-out at the last minute once you arrive; depending on occupancy, the front desk will provide you with further information.
• Please note that use of pool Sole Felsen Pool and Sauna is included until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. For €15 per person (ages 3 and up), you are welcome to visit the Bading & Sauna Paradise 8:00 p.m.
