The Schrems Brewery has been family-owned for five generations. Take a brewery tour and embark on a 600-year journey of discovery through the art of brewing in the Waldviertel region.

Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour of the Schrems Brewery and learn all about beer brewing, the brewery’s history, the raw ingredients, and the individual steps of the brewing process. You’ll also discover lots of interesting and new facts about beer brewing and enjoying beer. Afterward, we’ll of course offer a tasting with bread and pastries. The tour, including the tasting, lasts about 90 minutes.
