Cancellation Policy and Travel Insurance

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that confirming the offer constitutes a binding reservation, to which the 2006 General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply. The right of withdrawal under § 11(1) of the FAAG does not apply; instead, our General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 apply. If this reservation is canceled,

• 1 month to 10 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
• 9–4 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee
• 3–1 day before arrival: 90% cancellation fee
• On the day of arrival, in case of no-show, or in case of early departure, a 100% cancellation fee applies

Travel insurance:

We would be happy to arrange travel insurance for you through European Travel Insurance upon request. To do so, we will need your personal information, including your date of birth.

Please note that the premium must be paid within 1–2 business days of booking. If the payment takes longer than 5 business days, the insurance company will no longer be able to provide coverage.
