Cancellation Policy and Travel Insurance

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that confirming the offer constitutes a binding reservation, to which the 2006 General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply. The right of withdrawal under § 11(1) of the FAAG does not apply; instead, our General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 apply. Any expansions or repair-related renovation and refurbishment work in individual areas of the Sole Felsen pool and Hotel Sole Felsen pool do not entitle you to a price reduction.

If this reservation is canceled,

• 1 month to 10 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
• 9–4 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee
• 3–1 day before arrival: 90% cancellation fee
• on the day of arrival, 100% cancellation fee in case of no-show or early departure

Travel insurance:

We would be happy to arrange travel insurance for you through European Travel Insurance upon request. To do so, we will need your personal information, including your date of birth.

To calculate the correct bonus, please round up your total room rate (including local taxes) to the nearest hundred. Please transfer the exact amount of the bonus due PER ROOM to our account:

Please note that the premium must be paid within 1–2 business days of booking. If the payment takes longer than 5 business days, the insurance company will no longer be able to provide coverage.
