As of March 5, our guests no longer need to show any documentation upon entry or check-in; there are no longer any entry requirements.

Sole Felsen Pool & Sauna:
- Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
- Friday & Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- On days before holidays, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Sole Felsen Hotel****:
- Conservatory: 11:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m.
- Hot meals served from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- Hotel bar: 5:00 PM–12:00 AM
As of April 16, 2022 , our guests are no longer required to wear FFP2 masks!

You may cancel your stay free of charge without purchasing travel insurance only if our hotel is closed by government order. Otherwise, the following applies:
- 50% cancellation fee if canceled 1 month to 10 days before arrival,
- 9–4 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee,
- 3–1 days before arrival: 90% cancellation fee,
- On the day of arrival and in the event of a no-show, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
You’ll be on the safe side with European Travel Insurance’s hotel cancellation insurance.

Yes! Our guided infusions take place every half hour in the Sole Felsen Sauna.
As usual, the infusions will also be made using the traditional method!
Coupons & Promotions
Service vouchers are valid for 14 months from the date of issue; after that, the vouchers retain their value. If prices have increased after 14 months, the difference must be paid in addition to the service fee.
Gift certificates represent the value stated on the certificate. If the desired service has a higher value according to the current price list, the difference must be paid.
The gift cards do not expire, as they always retain their value.
Yes, the gift certificate retains its value. If prices have increased by the time the gift certificate expires, you will need to pay the difference.
