At the National Park Visitor Center in Hardegg, you’ll find visitor information, exhibits, a nature workshop, the National Park Shop, and the Thayatal National Park Café-Restaurant.
Numerous hiking trails lead out of the national park, where you can experience nature at its best as you walk along rivers, streams, and through forests.
For a daily rental fee of €22.90, you can rent e-bikes at the National Park Visitor Center and explore the outdoors.
Outside the National Park Visitor Center, there is a wildcat enclosure where you can see these beautiful cats up close and watch them being fed, as well as an adventure playground where you can simply relax and unwind.
